1. PREAMBLE
This Buy Back, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and is applicable to all Customers and Independent Distributors (“Direct Sellers”) of Rwin Global India Limited (“Company”).
The Company is committed to ensuring product quality, consumer satisfaction, and fair-trade practices.
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Customer” means any person who purchases products for personal consumption.
- “Direct Seller / Independent Distributor” means a person authorized to sell Company products.
- “Marketable Product” means a product that is unopened, unused, sealed, not expired, and in resalable condition.
- “Unmarketable Product” means a product that has been opened, seal broken, or partially used (up to 30%).
- “Invoice Date” means the date mentioned on the purchase invoice.
- “FBV/RBV” means Business Volume / Point Value associated with product sales.
3. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
The Company stands behind the quality of its products. If a customer or Direct Seller is not satisfied, the product may be returned subject to the terms of this Policy.
4. RETURN PERIOD
- Standard Returns: Within 30 (Thirty) days from Invoice Date
- Excess Stock Returns (Direct Sellers only): Within 60 (Sixty) days, subject to Company approval
The return period shall be calculated from the Invoice Date to the date of receipt of goods at the Company’s designated office.
5. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & REFUND
5.1 Marketable Products
- Returned within 30 days with invoice: Refund after deduction of 5% handling charges
- Returned without invoice : Refund after deduction of applicable GST and handling charges
5.2 Unmarketable Products
- Returned within 30 days:
- Refund based on assessment by Company’s authorized returns officer
- Applicable GST deductions may apply
5.3 Excess Stock (Direct Sellers)
- Within 60 days:
- With invoice → Full refund (DAP basis)
- Without invoice → Refund after GST deduction
5.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened literature, training materials, and sales aids
- Products intentionally damaged or misused
- Expired, discontinued, or promotional items (unless otherwise approved)
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
Products may be exchanged within 30 days from Invoice Date subject to:
- Submission of : Product Return Form & Copy of purchase invoice.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- Replacement product must be of equal or higher value
7. REFUND PROCESS
- All returned products are subject to inspection and approval
- Refund shall be processed within a reasonable time after acceptance
- Refund shall be made via:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer to registered account
- No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances
8. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer / Direct Seller
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If borne by the Company (exceptional cases), such costs may be deducted from refund
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
9.1 Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Verification issues
Refund (if applicable) shall be processed in full.
9.2 Cancellation by Customer / Direct Seller
- Allowed only before order processing
- Processed orders cannot be cancelled
10. BUY-BACK POLICY (DIRECT SELLERS)
In compliance with Direct Selling Rules, 2021:
- The Company shall repurchase unsold, marketable inventory from Direct Sellers
- Subject to:
- Products being in resalable condition
- Returned within stipulated timelines
- Appropriate deductions (handling, GST, benefits availed) may apply
11. ADJUSTMENT OF COMMISSIONS & BENEFITS
- Any commission, bonus, or incentive earned on returned products shall be : Deducted or adjusted from future payouts or refunds
- Excess paid amounts shall be recoverable from the Direct Seller
12. FBV/RBV ADJUSTMENT
- FBV/RBV associated with returned products shall be deducted
- Adjustments shall be reflected in the same or subsequent payout cycle
13. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (DIRECT SELLERS)
- A Direct Seller may cancel participation within 90 days of joining
- Eligible for refund of purchased products as per this Policy
- Subject to product condition and compliance verification
14. RETURN PROCEDURE
- Products must be returned to the Company’s designated office
- Returns may be made via Courier or Physical submission
- Company reserves the right to verify product condition upon receipt
15. LIMITATION OF RETURNS
- Return quantity shall not exceed invoiced quantity
- Company reserves the right to reject fraudulent or excessive returns
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
- This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts where the Company is registered
17. POLICY MODIFICATION
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time in compliance with applicable laws. Updated versions shall be published on official platforms.
